"Core stability is the ability to control the position and movement of the trunk allowing for optimum production of force, transfer of energy and control of motion in the limbs." A complete test of core stability would assess strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and function. These four tests assess the endurance of the core muscles. They have been shown to be reliable and are quick and easy to do. |
